Pad Man is a new film out of India that tells the true story of an inventor who overcame all obstacles to create low cost sanitary napkins for India’s poor. The trailer has no English subtitles, but you get the gist. The film is in theaters now. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 100% critic score and 89% audience score.
This site is a collection of films and documentaries of particular interest to libertarians (and those interested in libertarianism). It began as a book, Miss Liberty’s Guide to Film: Movies for the Libertarian Millennium, where many of the recommended films were first reviewed. The current collection has grown to now more than double the number in that original list, and it’s growing still.
