UPDATE: Show has now raised over $2.3 million!
Looking to invest your money in a project that will help liberty and may just earn you a nice return? The makers of the Tuttle Twins books — which teach kids about free-markets, rule of law, etc. — are raising funds to produce a TV show based on the books.
They’ve already raised over a million dollars through crowdfunding — the most ever raised via crowdfunding for a kid’s show — enabling them to green light the first four episodes. Now they’re in the second round, looking for more investors to create the next two episodes of their planned 12-episode season. Minimum investment is $150.48. Details here.
Where else are kids going to hear about Frédéric Bastiat and see kids lead a rebellion against bad laws? Tuttle Twins TV looks pretty awesome.
Daniel Harmon, an executive associated with Tuttle Twins TV, recently gave a livestream update on the show and its funding progress. Note: audio doesn’t work until 4:35 in this clip, so start there.
